A. Applicant has sold and closed an excess of $3,500,000 for last calendar year or has a minimum of 20 closed units.
B. Must be licensed and work out of a CTAR member office in North Charleston, Berkeley, or Dorchester county to include a home or satellite office where an agent produces a majority of their real estate production in the aforementioned areas.
C. Applicant is a member in good standing with Charleston Trident Association of Realtors.

Application and membership fee can be brought to the first meeting or mailed to P.O. Box 3236 Summerville, SC 29484. Renewal dues will be $250 as of February 1st.
** 4-year Vested Members no longer need BIC to verify production level. However, they must continue to meet the qualifications as described above.
